Under-eye filler isn’t really an “under-eye” treatment. 👀

One of the biggest mistakes in treating this area is focusing only on where you see the hollow. The under-eye is part of a larger facial structure, and sometimes what looks like a tear-trough problem is actually a lack of support below it.

That’s why my assessment starts with the whole midface, not just the hollow.

And more filler isn’t necessarily better. In this area, being conservative matters. The goal isn’t to completely erase every line or shadow—it’s to improve the transition from the lower eyelid into the cheek so your face looks naturally rested.

The best compliment after under-eye correction?
