There is something incredibly special about walking alongside a mom through pregnancy and then getting to celebrate the moment their newest little one finally arrives 🩵

Supporting mom as her body made room, adapted, and prepared for birth was such an honor… and getting to hear that she had the unmedicated birth she hoped for makes this arrival even more special 🥹✨

After everything her body had been through, she described this birth as feeling “a lot less traumatic this time around” and we couldn’t be happier for her! 🤍 What a beautiful reminder of the strength of a mother’s body and the importance of feeling supported throughout pregnancy and birth

✨🌿 THIS IS WHERE FAMILY GETS ADJUSTED 🌿✨

There’s something extra special about getting to show your mom the space you’ve poured so much of your heart into 🤍

Dr. Krista’s mom was in town this past week, and after hearing so much about The Nook, she finally got to see it in person… and of course, she had to get adjusted while she was here! 🥹✨

And honestly, there’s something pretty special about being able to take care of the people who have taken care of you your whole life 🥰

Travel can be tough on the body. Long car rides, flights, sleeping in a different bed, carrying luggage, and simply being out of your normal routine can leave your body feeling a little… off. Getting adjusted while traveling is one of my favorite ways to help my body feel more comfortable and grounded again 🤗

Whether you’re traveling across the country or just across town, your body deserves care, too 🌿
