Our collaborative team offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech, and Occupational Therapy throughout Delaware county, PA, as well as parts of Phila, Montco, and Chester counties.

We kicked off the week with our Sponsor Night at the Miracle League. We are so proud of all of the players and coaches for their hard work, it was such a fun and memorable night!

We also wrapped up our final EAC fundraising event at House Cup Coffee Roasters. We’re excited to head into the weekend with an amazing team event at the Eagles Autism Challenge! If you’re attending, be sure to tag us in your photos.

Emily is one of our newest BCBAs at Beyond, and we’re so excited to have her on the team. She brings over 10 years of experience in the field of autism, starting as a teaching assistant, then becoming an RBT, and eventually earning her BCBA certification. She’s worked across schools, homes, clinics, and summer camps, giving her a really well-rounded and flexible approach to supporting each child and family.

Emily also spent time as a teaching professional at Saint Joseph’s University, where she worked closely with students entering the field. That experience helped her grow her supervisory skills and reconnect with the “why” behind the work we do. Now back in a clinical role, she’s most excited to build strong relationships with her clients, families, and teams over time and to really see that growth happen. She’s especially passionate about assent-based practice and making sure clients are actively involved in their care in a way that feels meaningful and motivating.

At Beyond, we take a child-led approach to learning, following each child’s interests and building skills through moments that are meaningful to them.

A big part of what makes this work is our team. We collaborate closely with one another, and that same collaboration extends to the families we partner with every day. We’ve always believed that meaningful progress happens through connection, consistency, and working together.

These moments reflect the heart of approaches like the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based, child-led approach that builds relationships, communication, and developmental skills through everyday interactions. While these principles have always guided our work at Beyond, we’re continuing to invest in advanced training and ongoing education to further strengthen how we support our clients and families.

As a teaching facility, we’re always learning too- alongside our clients, our team, and our families. Because the best outcomes happen when everyone is part of the process ✨

It’s a special month over here 💙 Five years of growth, learning, and connection.

As we celebrate Beyond’s 5th birthday, we reimagined our professional development day into an RBT Conference ~ now known as Beyond the Basics ✨

This year’s focus on Compassion, Culture, and Connection could be felt in every moment. There was an added layer of meaning throughout the day that made this professional development day stand out.

We had:
8 training topics
New Lunch & Learns for connection + reflection
Our very first RBT Award Ceremony

From a moving parent panel, to conversations about our 97.9% retention rate, to recognizing the teammates who go above and beyond every day ~ this event was a true reflection of who we are! Moments like these remind us how far we’ve come in 5 years and how much more we’re building together.

To our RBTs, clinicians, admin team, community, and families, thank you for being the heart of Beyond 💙Here’s to 5 years… and everything ahead ✨
