👐 Why We Check How You Move, Not Just Where It Hurts.
Pain tells us where you’re feeling the problem, but it doesn’t always tell us the whole story.
That’s why a chiropractic assessment may involve watching how you bend, rotate, squat, walk, or move through different positions. 🔍
We’re looking at things like:
🦴 Joint mobility
💪 Muscle control and strength
↔️ Range of motion
⚖️ Balance and coordination
🔗 How different areas of your body work together
For example, discomfort in your lower back may sometimes be influenced by how your hips, pelvis, or surrounding muscles are functioning.
By looking at the bigger picture, your chiropractor can build a treatment plan around how your body actually moves—not simply where it hurts.
✨ Because better movement can be an important part of feeling and functioning better.
