Today we're focusing on confidence! Just like any skill, confidence is something you can build over time. Try these three tips to get things started:

1. Recognize your effort - Take some time to notice the work you've already put in. Focus on the effort, not results.

2. Celebrate progress - Reward your wins along the way. A win is a win, no matter how small!

3. Do the scary thing - Confidence takes courage, so take brave action, even if it feels uncomfortable.
