After-Hours Primary Care You can see your doctor after work or school:
Office Hours: 4:30pm to 8:30pm Sunday through Thursday I am married to Vicki for 35 years.

I am Dr. Jeffrey McCollum, MD.

– Graduate of Saint Louis University School of Medicine 1984

I have practiced General Medicine in a variety of venues for nearly 40 years. I was the recipient
of a Scholarship from the United States Air Force that paid for my medical education at SLU Medical School. I ser

ved as a USAF Flight Surgeon attached to a Missile Wing in Sicily for one-year. The other three-years I was Flight Surgeon for a Fighter Squadron of F-15’s in Washington State. For several years I was in Academic Family Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, the University of Wyoming at Casper, and the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa. I have come back to Chesterfield to attend to my aging parents and finally establish and develop the personal primary care practice I’ve always envisioned but I thought was no longer possible. The Direct Primary Care Model has resurrected old-style General Practice, and will let me be the kind of Primary Care Doctor you’ve been looking for, and the kind of Primary Care Doctor I’ve always wanted to be. I have three adult children: a St. Louis City Police Officer; a
nurse who is now the stay-at-home wife and mother of two young boys along with her husband who is a Nurse Practitioner with St. Louis Heart and Vascular; and a Seminary Student attending Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in the Boston area. I regularly attend Covenant Presbyterian Church in Town and Country.
