Picture it: You’ve had a late night out with your friends or family, and finally get home in the early hours of the morning. You’re overtly exhausted, and even the simple task of brushing your teeth seems too strenuous. Would it be bad to skip a night of brushing, and just go to bed? 🤔
Short answer is yes. When you skip a night of brushing your teeth, you’re inviting bacteria in your mouth to feast on the debris and release acids that can ultimately lead to tooth decay and gum disease. 🚫
No thank you! 👏
