The most expensive mistake in aesthetics isn’t migration, bruising, vascular compromise, or even a poor result.
It’s treating the wrong problem.
Some of the hardest conversations I have with patients involve explaining why the treatment they came in asking for isn’t the treatment that will create the outcome they’re actually seeking.
Great aesthetic medicine isn’t about selling syringes. It’s about understanding anatomy, aging, facial balance, and having the confidence to recommend the right treatment, even when it’s not the one the patient expected.
The providers who thrive over the next decade won’t be the ones who inject the most.
They’ll be the ones who think the most.
