Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there, especially those here in spirit. ❤️

Mother’s Day can feel especially heavy for those missing their mom today.

Whether she’s been gone for years or the loss is still fresh, grief has a way of showing up in both the quiet moments and the really loud ones.

Today, I’m holding space for the people carrying love that no longer has a physical place to land. The ones wishing for one more hug, one more phone call, one more “I love you.”

This work I do through—The Channel For Healing—is something I hold with so much intention and respect. It’s humbled me in a way I won’t ever be able to put into words. Every session is a space for release, clarity, and reconnection. No two experiences are ever the same.

To be trusted in someone’s healing journey, especially in moments where they may feel vulnerable, overwhelmed, or searching for answers, is something that continues to humble me deeply. Being invited into someone’s healing journey is an honor beyond words.

Delivering messages to the waitress, when I am out to dinner with my husband, and seeing the relief as literally every. single. thing. lands with her-knowing her son is at peace and still with her, is one of the most humbling experiences I will ever experience in this lifetime. It is the greatest honor and privilege to be given to be trusted with the work of serving others in this most incredible way. I am forever grateful to be able to connect with people in such a special way. ❤️ We were supposed to be seated in an entirely different room in the restaurant but were moved to another section where this waitress was. There are no coincidences in this life. None. So incredibly grateful…
