The fear of setting boundaries is real… and honestly, it makes sense. When you’re used to keeping the peace, choosing yourself can feel like you’re doing something wrong.

But here’s the truth: not every feeling is a fact.

Just because it feels selfish doesn’t mean it is.
Just because it feels like you’ll disappoint someone doesn’t mean you’re doing the wrong thing.

Sometimes that fear isn’t protecting you… it’s keeping you from showing up as your most honest, grounded self.

Boundaries aren’t rejection. They’re alignment.
And the more you honor them, the more you come home to who you actually are.
