Happy Heavenly Birthday to our sweet baby girl, Summer. Your birth story brought stillness yet closeness, tears yet joy, confusion yet laughter, questions yet thankfulness. We thank the good Lord for making us your parents and sure look forward to spending eternity in Heaven with you. We miss you sweet girl. Thank you Lord for taking care of her each and every day.

In Loving Memory of Summer Laiderman
Come walk with us! We will be taking a walk at Quail Ridge Park in memory of Summer on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 to honor her life. Please join us at 5pm to walk the small 3/4 mile loop around the pond by The Lodge.

After turning into the park you will make a quick right and then take the second exit on the roundabout to the parking lot of The Lodge. We will leave from that parking lot to take a small walk in Summer’s memory.

Thank you for all of your support over the last couple years. Relationships built, phone calls, gentle text messages, asking how we are when you see us, acknowledgement of her life, thank you. We are truly thankful for the advice given, listening ears, hugs, laughing and crying together and most of all real conversations. We truly appreciate it! God Bless you.

In loving memory of Summer Laiderman

As we began to enter into the month of May this year we began thinking more and more about how our whole world stopped on May 23, 2024 for our daughter, Summer to welcome herself unexpectedly into this world. A time that drew closeness, a time that brought unknowns, a time that we just sat together in silence. We hold onto the 3 hours we got to spend with her and are forever grateful to have those moments together. We give praise to God for creating her, letting us meet her, hold her and watch her move at such a tiny stage of life. We look forward to spending eternity with her in Heaven and give thanks to the Lord for preparing a destiny for us to be together.

In memory of Summer, we are asking for donations to Trinity Christian Academy towards their building fund. TCA is a university model school located in O'Fallon, MO that combines in school days with homeschooling. Henry has attended there for 4 years now and truly loves school. Watching him build God centered friendships and learning the biblical foundation at such a young age is truly a blessing. We want to continue to support them in a meaningful way as they embark on a building of their own to call home.

When making a donation please click the link below and as you scroll to the bottom there will be an “In Memory of” area, please type in, Summer Laiderman. That is how they will be tracking the donations in her memory in order to apply that to the building fund. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support. Thank you MSE Racing for hosting the Taco The Town Run. Congrats to all the runners for bearing the rain and having some fun running! Dr Luitjohan appreciates the opportunity to be apart of the race and help the racers with their healthcare needs and post race stretching. Also a huge Congrats to Emma for participating in the run! We are so glad to see you happy and desiring to be apart of the races all while enjoying yourself too!
