If you’ve been in my studio, then you’ve seen my Wall of Certificates. This one holds a special place - the first one.
I’m often asked how I got started in wellness, and I always answer the same way: my mom. After I finished college, she asked me if I wanted to take a class with her “just for fun”. We graduated our Level 1 Reiki class twenty years ago today (20!). And yes it was fun, but it was also eye opening and changed the trajectory of my life 💟
