As many of you are aware, the current building has been listed for sale. We want to reassure our members, patients, and community that this will not affect your current gym memberships, physical therapy care, services, or staff.
We remain fully committed to providing high-quality care, support, and services to this community, and operations will continue as normal with no interruption to our members or patients.
We understand there have been questions and concerns surrounding the listing, and we wanted to communicate directly with our community to provide clarity during this process. DUNAMIS often gets asked about PERSONAL TRAINING. We’ve been open as a FITNESS CENTER & PHYSICAL THERAPY clinic for over 15 years, but we’ve never really offered personal training.

TODAY, I’d like to announce the introduction of FITNESS TRAINING & GROUP CLASSES! Our very experienced and super energetic JANELLE GORDON is now scheduling both at DUNAMIS in Chetek. Here are a few details:

WHO: open to fitness members and non-members, any age, any fitness level

WHAT: fitness training by Janelle. Group or individual. Janelle has a ton of experience in both fitness and physical therapy, with over 8 years or related experience. She has her associates and bachelors degree in PT. She also has an orthopedic specialization from the Nex Gen Institute of PT.

WHY: get fit, meet people, lose weight, gain strength, learn some new exercises or just learn some basics if you’re new to the fitness world

WHEN: we are starting out with Tuesdays and Thursdays. GROUP CLASS times are 8-9am, 12-1pm, 2-3pm. Individual training is scheduled in 45 minute session, and these can be scheduled M-F, 8-5 by appointment.

WHERE: DUNAMIS Therapy & Fitness in Chetek. 831 Dallas St. Phone: 715-925-2471

COST: Group Class: 10 sessions for $120
Individual: $25-$40 / session (45 minute session), depending upon instruction type and number of sessions purchased.
