We urgently need foster providers—especially for teens, sibling groups, and children with special needs.
Who can foster?
- Age 21+
- Single or couples welcomed
What to expect:
- Support children while their families work toward reunification
- Be part of a team including caseworkers, counselors, and teachers (ect.)
- Visits with biological parents
Support provided:
- Free training
- Children receive Medicaid
- Monthly non-taxable reimbursement

Applications are now open for the Wyoming Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) for the 2026-2027 heating season. LIEAP helps eligible residents cover part of their winter heating bills and provides support in heating emergencies. Remember, you need to submit a new application each year. To apply, go to mylieapwyo.org. If you can't apply online, call (800) 246-4221, and the LIEAP team will help you complete your application by phone. Due to high call volumes, response times may be longer than usual. Our team is working diligently to assist everyone as promptly as possible.
