🍦Cheers to National Root Beer Float Day!🍦
We enjoyed a sweet treat and cooled down with delicious root beer floats! Many of our residents shared that it had been years since they had last enjoyed one, and we were so happy to bring smiles to both our residents and staff with this special treat!🍦

✨ What a beautiful morning on the water!🎣☀️
Our residents enjoyed a relaxing fishing trip, soaking up the wonderful weather, sharing great conversations, and making lasting memories together. The best part? We even caught a couple of fish! 🐟
It's days like these that remind us how much joy can be found in the simple things—fresh air, laughter, friendship, and a little luck on the end of a fishing line.
We're grateful for another wonderful day spent together! 💙

🤠 What a fun Cheyenne Frontier Days week! We loved celebrating with our amazing staff and residents through appreciation boot bags, scavenger hunts, tasty treats, and lots of laughter. Thank you to everyone who made this week so special. Happy Cheyenne Frontier Days! 🤠

Today we had an amazing time representing Polaris Rehabilitation and Care Center in the Cheyenne Frontier Days Parade aboard the Cheyenne Street Railway Trolley! 🤠🎉

We loved waving to the crowds, seeing so many families and visitors enjoying the parade, and celebrating this incredible Cheyenne tradition. One of the highlights of the day was a special visit from the Saloon Girls, who stopped by to say hello and take photos with us!

A huge thank you to the Cheyenne Street Railway Trolley for helping make this experience so memorable. We are grateful to be part of such a wonderful community.

Happy CFD! 🥞🤠 🥞

We kicked off the week with the Cheyenne Frontier Days Pancake Breakfast downtown! Our residents enjoyed a delicious breakfast, listening to live music, soaking up the beautiful weather, and spending time together. It was a wonderful morning filled with smiles, laughter, and great memories. ❤️🤠

Karen is getting ready to discharge next week! As part of her therapy, she worked on safety with cooking and other instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) to help prepare her for a safe return home.

Karen did a fantastic job making brownies with Andie (OT) in therapy, demonstrating great planning, safety awareness, and independence in the kitchen. Of course, the best part was enjoying the delicious brownies afterward!

We are so proud of Karen's hard work and wish her all the best as she transitions home! 💜
