This research is a huge step toward more personalized, effective strategies for women navigating this life stage. We spring-clean our homes and our gardens—but what about our mental health? As we continue Mental Health Awareness Month, we love the concept of "decluttering" the emotional weight we carry. For many women, mental clutter looks like perfectionism, "automatic negative thoughts," or the invisible labor of managing a household. Taking a moment to ask, "What am I carrying that feels heavy right now?" can be the first step toward better boundaries and less burnout. At Cheyenne Women's Clinic, we know that caring for your mind is a foundational part of your overall health. Take a deep breath today—you’re doing an incredible job.
