🎉 The Awkward Moment When the Marketing Director Has to Recognize Her Own Work Anniversary… 😂

As the Director of Marketing and Provider Relations, I LOVE celebrating our amazing team, their accomplishments, and all the wonderful things happening within our clinics. But when it comes time to recognize my own 4-year work anniversary… well, that feels a little awkward! 🤣

So instead of celebrating me, I want to celebrate the company I’ve been lucky enough to represent for the past FOUR years! ❤️

There are so many things I love about working for Hands On Physical Therapy and High Country Physical Therapy, but a few really stand out:

❤️ The Heart Behind the Company: The Blairs genuinely care about their employees AND their patients. Their commitment to creating a positive workplace while providing exceptional patient care is something I truly admire.

🌟 The Incredible People: I get to work alongside some of the most talented, compassionate, hardworking, and FUN people! Every clinic has its own personality, but the energy, teamwork, and dedication to patients are consistent throughout all our locations in Southeast Wyoming.

🤝 The Community Connections: This might be my favorite part! I absolutely LOVE that community involvement isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we DO. From volunteering and supporting local organizations to collaborating with other businesses and finding creative ways to give back, I’m proud to represent a company that genuinely invests in the communities we serve.

Four years later, I still love walking into our clinics, connecting with our staff, building relationships throughout Southeast Wyoming, and sharing the incredible things our team is doing.

The best part of being a marketer is having a company you genuinely believe in. It makes my job so much easier when I get to promote people and services I’m truly proud of!

So here’s to FOUR years of doing what I love, working with people I admire, and representing a company that makes a difference. 🥂

And now that I’ve successfully turned my own work anniversary into a marketing opportunity… I think I’ve officially done my job! 😂❤️

💛 We love supporting fellow Cheyenne businesses! 💛

At Hands On Physical Therapy, we love opportunities to collaborate with other local businesses and share valuable health education within our community.

Tomorrow, Dr. Delaney Little, will be joining Flourish Fitness & Recovery to teach a complimentary Pelvic Health class exclusively for their clients! 🌿

Delaney will be sharing practical information, helpful tips, and exercises focused on pelvic health and giving women tools to better understand and support their bodies.

We’re grateful to Flourish Fitness & Recovery for inviting us to be part of this educational opportunity. We love seeing Cheyenne businesses come together to support, educate, and empower women in our community! 💪💛

💙 Hands On Gives Back! 💙

This afternoon, the Hands On Physical Therapy team stepped away from the clinic and spent some time giving back to the Cheyenne community!

As part of our quarterly community give-back, our team volunteered with the Boys & Girls Club to help prepare for their big Dancing With the Stars event happening October 9th at the Archer Complex. 💃🕺✨

We rolled up our sleeves and helped wash and prepare all of the silverware, w**e glasses, and pitchers needed for the event. 🥂🍴

We love being part of the Cheyenne community, and we believe giving back is just as important as the work we do inside our clinics. It was a great afternoon spent together, helping an organization that does so much for local kids and families. ❤️

A big thank you to the Boys & Girls Club for letting us lend a hand. We can’t wait to see Cheyenne come together for Dancing With the Stars!

We sat down with Hands On Physical Therapy today to talk about pelvic floor therapy and the ways it can support people during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

One of our favorite parts of building community relationships like this is knowing exactly who we can point families toward when they need support outside our walls.

We’re grateful for the chance to connect, learn more about what they do, and keep building a stronger network of care here in Cheyenne. 💛
