Ready to improve your pelvic floor health and are curious about Emsella, but not quite sure what to expect?
We get it! Trying a new treatment can feel a little intimidating, so here’s what you should know before settling into the Emsella chair at Healthy Lifestyle Medicine.

Come as you are (in comfortable clothes). You’ll remain fully clothed throughout your treatment. We recommend lightweight clothing rather than heavier fabrics.

Leave the metal behind. You’ll need to remove metal objects, credit cards, and electronic devices from your person before treatment.

Get comfortable! Most patients describe the sensation as a mild tingling in the pelvic area as the treatment stimulates the pelvic floor muscles.

Get right back to your day. There’s no downtime required after Emsella, so you can return to your normal activities immediately.

Before your appointment, our team will also review your health history to make sure Emsella is appropriate for you.

Throughout October, Healthy Lifestyle Medicine is collecting donations for the Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative.
