Catherine fosters a safe, non-judgemental space with curiosity, collaboration and compassion leading our work together. Catherine is passionate about the process of unlearning beliefs and habits that were created unconsciously and no longer serve us while learning sustainable steps towards an authentic, connected self. Catherine helps individuals and couples repair the disconnection between mind and body and thrive in a full, embodied existence.
Catherine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified integrative mental health practitioner. They provide LGBTQIA+ and poly affirming, trauma-responsive mental health care and specialize in supporting clients who experience/d chronic pain, complex disabilities, childhood abuse, infertility, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and relational issues. They use a variety of modalities including person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, mindfulness and somatic experiencing.
