Falcon CPR Training is looking for an organized, dependable, and professional individual to join our team as a:
Training Coordinator
🔹 Part-Time Position (16–24 hrs/week)
Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling instructors and classes
• Answering calls and emails
• Assisting students and clients
• Rescheduling students
• Scanning/uploading exams and paperwork
• Administrative and operational support tasks
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Reliable and professional
✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong problem-solving skills
This is NOT a teaching position at this time.
🔹 Compensation:
• Paid training period at adjusted training rate
• Starting pay after training: $20–$22/hr depending on experience and performance
• Structured growth path available as Falcon CPR Training continues to grow
🔹 Additional Information:
• Position expected to begin first week of June
• Initial training period approximately 14 days
• Additional availability may be needed during training
• Preference given to candidates near Edison Park, Norwood Park, and surrounding areas
