June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month! Men are generally less likely than others to seek mental health support for things like depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, PTSD, and many other diagnoses. Particularly in the U.S., men and boys are taught that emotional vulnerability is not masculine, creating a stigma around men’s mental health.

This month and always we are dedicated to breaking this stigma and encouraging men to speak up, seek help, and care for their mental health. Vulnerability is strength 💚🧠🌿
