Meet our founder, Susan Brydges a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 25 years.

With a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal, her work is rooted in the belief that massage creates the space for that healing to unfold.

With compassionate, attentive listening, Susan identifies areas of discomfort—physically, and energetically—while guiding the body into a deeper state of relaxation. By addressing root causes and working at a slower pace, she encourages the body to soften, creating the ideal environment for deep, restorative change and lasting results.

Her work blends, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Trigger Point Therapy, along with modalities, such as Reiki, chakra work, reflexology, and TMJ support. She often works with clients experiencing hip, low back and shoulder pain, as well as prenatal discomfort and the stresses of daily life.

We believe in self-care. Massage therapy supports both physical and mental well-being. Whether deep tissue, trigger point, or Swedish, every modality offers its own therapeutic benefits. Massage can help reduce pain, relieve headaches, ease digestive discomfort, improve sleep, reduce tension and anxiety, lower cortisol levels, enhance mood, and increase flexibility and range of motion.

The benefits, build over time. Consistent sessions lead to more lasting noticeable improvements in how you feel day to day. A rhythm of every three to five weeks can support those ongoing results.

Trust us—your body will thank you for it.
