Meet our founder, Susan Brydges a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 25 years.

With a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal, her work is rooted in the belief that massage creates the space for that healing to unfold.

With compassionate, attentive listening, Susan identifies areas of discomfort—physically, and energetically—while guiding the body into a deeper state of relaxation. By addressing root causes and working at a slower pace, she encourages the body to soften, creating the ideal environment for deep, restorative change and lasting results.

Her work blends, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Trigger Point Therapy, along with modalities, such as Reiki, chakra work, reflexology, and TMJ support. She often works with clients experiencing hip, low back and shoulder pain, as well as prenatal discomfort and the stresses of daily life.
