How many diagnoses is too many?

I’m exhausted. My chronic conditions keep adding up, and it’s been a tough journey. I was even misdiagnosed and using a treatment that made my actual diagnosis worse.
Now, I’ve just been diagnosed with Vocal Cord Dysfunctioni on top of my vestibular & vision problems. This means I have to “use my words like each word is $50!” This is super hard for me!
Plus, I need to use a nebulizer 3 times a day for 15 minutes, in addition to my vision and vestibular exercises 1-3 times a day. Oh, and I also do allergy shots.
Soooo... we’ll see if I keep these ADHD videos up.
It’s a lot to manage, and sometimes you just don’t know what people are going through. Sending love to anyone else dealing with chronic health issues.
