Important Booking Update

Hi everyone,

I’m writing with an update about an upcoming change in my massage practice.

Beginning March 14, River North Massage Therapy Center will be combining the Professional and Expert tiers into one level, simply called the Professional Tier, and I’ll be practicing as part of that tier.

This also means that I will no longer be booking independently through Total Body Solutions. All appointments will now be scheduled directly through River North Massage Therapy Center, and you’ll find me listed under the Professional Tier therapists when booking.

The good news is that River North offers memberships that make regular massage even more affordable.

For example, my current discounted 60-minute session is $130, but with a River North membership you can receive an 80-minute massage for about $120 — giving you more time on the table for less money.

Memberships are also shareable, so family members or partners can use them too. They run in 3-month increments, making them flexible and easy to try.

If you’re planning to continue seeing me regularly, this will be the easiest and most cost-effective way to do so once the new Professional Tier begins on March 14.

Memberships are easy to purchase online. When signing up, please put my name (Robert) in the “Referred By” field.

Happy New Year!

If the holidays, travel, illness, or just *life* threw off your routine — you’re not alone. Bodies don’t reset on January 1. They respond to care, consistency, and listening over time.
If it’s been a while since I’ve seen you (even longer than usual), there’s no rigidity or judgment right now. You’re always welcome to ease back in when it feels right.

🌿 **Who I work with**
I regularly work with people returning after rehab or injury, recreational and amateur athletes, medical professionals, and folks carrying a lot of stress in their bodies. Every session is customized to where you are *today*.

👐 **What makes my sessions different**
My sessions are a little longer than standard clinic appointments, allowing time for unhurried assessment and focused, individualized work. While pricing is now comparable across the clinic, the experience remains thoughtful and unrushed.

💙 **Discounts still apply**
If you’ve worked with me before, your loyalty discounts still apply — and I’m being flexible around timing coming out of the holidays. If you’re unsure, just ask.

🗓️ **Scheduling note**
I’m no longer working Thursdays, but I can often add a Tuesday or Thursday when there’s a genuine need. Please reach out if your usual time isn’t available.
If your body has been asking for attention, consider this a gentle invitation to come back in. I’d be happy to work with you again.
