Jordan Schack just changed tuna salad forever. 🙌

This is genuinely the best spin on tuna salad I’ve ever had — and it takes less than 5 minutes to throw together.

Gluten-free. Dairy-free. High-protein. Zero excuses lunch.

What’s in it:
🐟 1 can tuna
🥄 1.5 tbsp mayo + 1 tsp dijon
🌾 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
🥥 2 tbsp coconut aminos
🌿 1/2 tsp sesame oil
🫚 1/2 tsp ginger (powder or fresh)
🍁 a splash of maple syrup
🧂 salt + pepper
✨ toasted sesame seeds on top

Mix it all together, wrap it in seaweed or scoop it up with TJ’s crackers, and that’s lunch. Done. No stove, no stress, no 45-minute meal prep Sunday required.
