I have also had dedicated experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities t

hat are influenced by cultural and religious values. I strive to instill trust and curiosity in my clients through honesty and empathy. I utilize psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, ACT, and other therapeutic approaches to achieve treatment goals that are tailored to the client's needs. I value a client-centered approach – the belief that every client is unique and has had subjective experiences. I believe that clients must be understood using the lenses of their own lives and so I work with clients at their own pace to encourage and support vulnerability and growth. We will work together to alleviate the obstacles that stand in your way. If you feel like you are ready to take a step into this journey, reach out to me.
