Day 23: You’re in the process, but you are already her. You’re already that girl. Becoming her looks different for each of us because we are all different, with different stories, experiences, and perspectives. Release the need to compete or compare and anything else that is no longer needed, knowing that you already have everything you need to become the version of you that knows when to slow down, listen to, and trust your instinct, set boundaries, and ask for help when you need it.

You are already guided, supported, and resourced. Everything you need is within you. “You’ve always had the power, my dear. You’ve had it all along”. Trust the unfolding and trust yourself.

Day 22: Have you noticed how much you’re already growing?

Pause. Breath. Take a mindful moment to notice what’s happening without judgment.

Pause. Breath. Take a moment to express gratitude, acknowledging the ways you’re showing up differently, even if it’s not perfect.

Growth is in the pause. In the awareness.

Growth and healing matter, but how you treat yourself in the process also matters.

Pause and reflect:
🩵 What’s one small thing you can appreciate about how you showed up today?

Day 19: Not Everyone Will Be Comfortable With the healthier version of you.

As you begin choosing differently and more intentionally, it may feel unfamiliar to those used to you always being available, agreeable, self-sacrificing, and willing to keep the peace at any cost to you and your well-being.

If relationships start to feel like they no longer fit and there’s more conflict than expected, it can feel confusing and frustrating. Remember that you are changing. Everyone else is still behaving and engaging with you as they always have, and are not going to automatically change because you have, or easily adapt and adjust to your changes.

Not everyone will be comfortable with the version of you who chooses herself, and people may start pushing back and responding to you differently because the dynamics they are used to have changed.

Some people will question and push your boundaries to maintain their access to you, while others will celebrate your growth and notice that your smile is brighter and you seem lighter, happier, and more confident.

Notice who struggles with your growth and wants you to stay the same for their benefit, and who is cheering for you, loving and respecting who you are evolving into.

Some will be essential to your journey, but not everyone is meant to be on it with you. Always listen to your gut and use discernment to filter out anyone who disrupts your peace or impedes your growth.

Sometimes growth reveals what no longer fits.

If this part of your healing journey feels hard, you’re not alone.

If you want support navigating those shifts, we’re here for you.

Day 18: At some point (maybe even now), many of your decisions may have come from survival… from past traumas, experiences, mistakes, and fears

But you’ve grown, you’re in a different position, or you’re on your way, and you’re no longer just reacting. You’re starting to consciously choose.

When you’re intentional about making decisions, you’re no longer asking, “What do I need to do to get through this?” You’re asking, “What actually feels right for me?”

And that changes everything.

Decisions made from survival aren’t wrong, but when you know better, you do better. Given where you were and what you needed, you made the best decision you could at that time. However, you are not in that same place and are ready for more clarity, to honor your needs and intentionally move toward the life you want.

If you are still making decisions out of survival, it’s okay. It’s not too late to learn and choose differently for yourself. Reach out today. We’d love to support you on your journey towards consciously choosing yourself, so that you can move beyond just surviving.

Pause and reflect:
🩵 Where in your life are you still making decisions to get through… instead of choosing what actually feels right?

🩵 What would shift if you trusted yourself enough to choose differently?

You all are sending great questions and sharing amazing revelations. We love hearing from you. Keep it coming! For sticking with this challenge and continuing to show up for yourself, we have something special just for you. Inbox us for more info.

Day 17: You’ve started to slow down. To listen. To notice what you feel and what you need, and maybe for the first time, you didn’t talk yourself out of it.

You didn’t say:
“I’m overreacting.”
“It’s not a big deal.”
“I’ll just deal with it.”

You paused, trusted your instinct, and followed it.

When you start listening to and trusting your instinct:

🩵 You stop overriding your feelings
🩵 You stop minimizing what matters to you
🩵 You stop needing constant validation from others

Trusting and following your gut is what turns awareness into change. It’s about tuning in to what you need and actually honoring it.

Pause and reflect:

🩵 Where have you been talking yourself out of what you already know is true?

🩵 What would it look like to believe yourself in that moment instead? What would be different?

If you’re starting to trust and believe in yourself in new ways, take a moment to acknowledge that.

04/16/2026

Day 16: Change doesn’t happen because you did everything perfectly. It happens when you choose not to give up on yourself and consistently show up for yourself as you do for everyone else.

Pause and reflect:
🩵 What’s one small way you showed up for yourself recently, or can show up for yourself, even when it’s not comfortable?

The more you show up for yourself, the more you begin to trust yourself, which matters more than you think. Trusting yourself gives you a sense of internal safety, so you’re not constantly second-guessing or looking outside of yourself for direction.

It also allows you to make decisions with clarity, set boundaries with confidence, and move through life feeling more grounded and at peace.

If you’re in a space where you’re trying to do things differently this time, take a moment to acknowledge that.

And if you want support continuing that process, we’re here for you.

Day 14: After everything you’ve been noticing…
The patterns
The overthinking
The ways you’ve been leaving yourself

You might be trying to do things differently, like:
Pause more
Check in with yourself
Make more intentional choices

When you’re used to thinking quickly, responding automatically, staying ahead, and keeping everything together, slowing down can feel unfamiliar and downright uncomfortable, causing you to want to return to what’s familiar.

But, slowing down allows you to notice:
What you feel
What you need
What’s actually true for you

Pause and reflect:
🩵 When was the last time you slowed down long enough to actually notice how you feel?

🩵 Breathe in slowly for 4
Hold for 4
Breathe out slowly for 4
Hold for 4

Repeat a few times.

If slowing down feels unfamiliar, start small. There’s no rush.

And if you want support learning how to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and sustainable, we’re here for you.

Day 13: Once you realize you’ve been losing yourself, it’s natural to want to change everything at once.

To do better.
Be different.
Fix it.

But coming back to yourself doesn’t happen all at once. It happens by taking one small step at a time, making one small decision at a time.

Start by:
Pausing before you automatically say yes
Checking in with how you actually feel
Letting something be “off” without immediately fixing it

Not perfectly. Not every time. But more than you did before.

The goal isn’t to become a completely different version of yourself overnight.

It starts by cultivating a relationship and reconnecting with the version of you that’s been there all along.

Pause and reflect:
🩵 What is one small moment today where you can choose yourself instead of overriding how you feel?

🩵 What would it look like to pause before responding, agreeing, or adjusting?

If you’re starting to reconnect with yourself, it’s okay to start slow.

And if you want support learning how to do this in a way that actually lasts, we’re here for you.

Day 12: No one really talks about how easy it is for a woman to lose herself without even realizing it.

After everything you’ve reflected on these past few days:
The patterns
The overthinking
What you learned
What you’ve been carrying

You might be starting to notice how easy it has been
to slowly move further away from yourself.

Not all at once and not in obvious ways, but in the small moments, like:
Saying yes when you meant no
Silencing what you felt
Overthinking instead of trusting yourself
Adjusting to keep the peace

And it didn’t feel like “losing yourself.” It felt like:
Being understanding
Being strong
Being flexible
Doing what needed to be done

Over time, the version of you that learned to survive began quietly leading, pulling you further away from yourself to stay safe.

Pause and reflect:
🩵 Where have you been choosing comfort, approval, or safety over what you actually feel or need?

🩵 What part of you have you been setting aside to keep things “okay”?

Once you see where you’ve been losing yourself, the next question becomes:

🩵What would it look like to start choosing you again?

If this resonates, take a moment with it. No judgment, just awareness, and if you’re ready to start reconnecting with yourself more deeply, we’re here to walk through that process with you.
