Kerrie Watson was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, one of the deadliest cancers and she had only a few options.

Ardaman Shergill, MD, Medical Oncologist at the UChicago Medicine, enrolled her in a clinical trial for daraxonrasib, a newly FDA-approved KRAS inhibitor shown to double median overall survival compared to standard chemotherapy.

Today, Watson continues to work, stay active, and live a normal life with her family. Her story highlights the promise of innovative research in bringing life-changing targeted therapies to patients.
