Join Maureen Burns, the Director of Community Health for the HAP Foundation as she explains hospice and palliative care, and how these services can help those experiencing serious illness. Participants will be informed on the benefits of care, eligibility, insurance coverage, and how to access care.

A new targeted therapy is bringing hope to patients with pancreatic cancer. Dr. Ardaman Shergill says the drug’s ability to lengthen the lives of patients who have tried other treatments is “unprecedented in pancreatic cancer”

The experimental drug, called daraxonrasib, does not cure pancreatic cancer, which is one of the deadliest and most difficult-to-treat cancers, but it gives many patients the next best thing: more time.
