First woman in my bloodline that doesn’t need a man to survive. It’s a want, not a need to be in a partnership.
That’s freedom for a woman who couldn’t even have her own bank account without her father or husband’s permission until the 80’s.
If you can survive on your own in an economy built for two, that’s a flex you think it is. 💪🏽
