On August 31st, we observe Overdose Awareness Day, a time to remember the lives lost to the overdose crisis and to take action to prevent future tragedies. At Symetria Recovery, we honor this day with a special tradition. Many of our patients and staff create luminaries in memory of loved ones who have died from a drug overdose, shining a light on their memory and our hope for a better future.
