The final deadline for CPS school physicals is in less than 2 weeks. Our immediate care is open tomorrow morning (Saturday, October 3rd) for school physicals starting at 8AM. Space is limited, though, so bring your child in early.

We take virtually all insurance options, and we are an FQHC so we are your best option when you don't have insurance.
