Natalie Shuler L.Ac, MSOM Using acupuncture and the many modalities of Chinese Medicine to create safe and cost effective treatments for each individuals needs

We were not born to live in pain. Disease and dysfunction can take their hold and in our modern society we have grown accustom to taking pill after pill and having to chose between the cure and the side effect. Sickness, injury, poor diet, stress filled days and sleepless nights leave us unbalanced and farther and farther away from a healthy and vibrant life. According to ancient chinese philosoph

y, all of our ailments result from an imbalance of yin and yang, which is caused by a disruption or blockage of vital energy in the body, known as Qi (chee). Natalie Shuler L.Ac specializes in the treatment of Women's Health, Pain Management, and Mental/Emotional Health.º

I believe in treating the whole individual by utilizing the ancient principles of yin and yang and use acupuncture as a way of treatment as well as the many modalities of Chinese Medicine to create safe and cost effective treatment plans that balance the body and ensure a healthy, happy, and pain free life.

Recommended reading for this week is "Sitting Still Like a Frog". This is a great book that pretty much covers all aspects of practicing mindfulness with your kids. This book gives a road map to building emotional intelligence and It includes a cd in the back of the book that has several meditation practices that the whole family will love doing together. This book is not the bedtime story kind of book but rather a manual for starting a great family meditation practice.
