This lovely patient in her 60's had undergone a breast augmentation elsewhere many years prior with saline implants. She came to see me because she was unhappy with the rippling from her saline implants, the droopiness of her breasts as well as the loss of upper pole fullness and shape.

Here she is 6 months after removal of her saline implants, together with a breast lift with new silicone implants to restore her shape, profile and fuillness. 😁

Every breast revision case is different and most are complex.

3 months postop for my beautiful patient who already had a great starting point, she simply wanted more roundness and fullness with better upper pole shape.⁠

She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with implants in the subfascial plane. ⁠
⁠
Recovery:⁠
⁠
The recovery in most patients is fairly easy with pain meds usually only needed for 12-18 hours.⁠
⁠
You may shower after 72 hours and use your arms immediately postop.⁠
⁠
Full release for upper body weights and pilates/yoga is 6 weeks.⁠
⁠
