A highly organized network of Eye Banks located throughout the US that restore sight by providing high quality tissue and excellent service worldwide.

Vision Share eye banks collectively provide more than half of the US donor supply of donor corneas. Vision Share coordinates information from domestic and international eye banks and surgeons to effectively distribute donor corneas to those who are suffering from corneal blindness.

Vision Share’s 2026 Member Meeting: Honoring the Impact.

Last week, our member eye banks met in New Orleans to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and celebrate our network’s collective impact on restoring sight worldwide.

Thank you to our keynote speaker, Professor Mohammed Belmekki, MD, for sharing his “Sight Without Borders” story and highlighting the Vision Share network’s role in supporting the corneal transplantation program in Morocco.

We also want to thank Dr. Heather Nuskind, Ed.D from Eversight for her presentation on global corneal blindness and eye banking.

We’re grateful to our members for their expertise, dedication, and collaboration, and to the donors and donor families whose generosity makes this work possible.
