Should you need short term rehabilitation following surgery or an injury, we offer a full suite of therapy and excellent nursing care in beautiful surroundings to help you get back on your feet. If you are seeking long term care for a loved one, we offer a friendly family atmosphere

that will encourage residents to gain mobility and retain independence with the support of our staff and new friends. All of our residents are valued members of our family, and we offer the C.H.O.I.C.E program to encourage residents to remain in control over the decisions that relate to their care and their independence. Alta Rehab at Fairmont has been part of our community for over 40 years. Our facility offers skilled nursing, transitional rehabilitation, and long term care to people of all ages. Our dedicated subacute care rehabilitation unit has beautifully remodeled private and semi-private rooms. The unit also offers specialized activities dedicated to our subacute rehabilitation patients. Our facility offers a variety of other spaces to interest all:
