✨ Meet Mary, the newest member of our Chicago School of Yoga faculty!

We’re excited to welcome Mary this fall trimester—and celebrate a full-circle moment! Her yoga journey began right here at Chicago School of Yoga, and now she’s returning as part of our teaching team. 💛

A 500-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT 500), Mary has been teaching since 2014. She brings a welcoming, lighthearted approach that encourages students to move, breathe, laugh, and surprise themselves along the way.

For Mary, yoga is a way to connect, grow, slow down, and build a loving relationship with your own body. We can’t wait for our students to experience her classes!

Join us in giving Mary a warm welcome! 🧘‍♀️✨
