I am sharing a bit of free for all you
In fact later this evening I will play from my Quartz
For myself and my pets just to cleanse my space and our Auras

When nothing seems to be going your way
Or you feel stuck
Just play something lovely in the background
Or pick up a musical instrument and play

The frequencies will shift the energy bodies within you
And clear out residue and debris from your space
And energetic body

If you're feeling overwhelmed
Consider scheduling one of my & or **ra ceremonies

Calling me directly is the best way to schedule an appointment

Good afternoon it's literally warm again in Chicago

If you're new to **ra

No worries!

Just literally translate ta**ra from Sanskrit and it means WEAVE

when you think of weave you think of a loom a series of threads that

Form a connection

Now break that down and see yourself as a Being with manifold energy centers that are receptive and form connections to one another

Ta**ra is a form of yoga

A practical healing tool or instrument you can use to connect to your

Higher power the highest version of yourself

We use conscious alternative healing and holistic to help amplify the hidden energies that already exist within you

Your untapped energy station is located within your tailbone

She's called the sleeping coiled serpent 🐍

Metaphorically speaking she lays dormant but when you practice yoga or ecstatic dancing 💃 or practice mindfulness you awaken this energy center and you become more intuitive and more open
You may see colors or feel tingling in your hands ✋

As you start to harness your own energy you tap into your subconscious mind

I hope to hear from you soon whether you're seeking a ceremony for yourself or as a couple
