As hushing waves, sweep before you and the natural beauty of Montrose Pointe Bird Sanctuary is behind you. Instructors offer a variety of classes to ensure practitioners of all levels can feel welcome during each session they attend.

🌊☀️ YOGA PLAYGROUND WAS A WHOLE VIBE!🧘🏾‍♀️🔥

This morning from 9–10 AM, we hit the beach for Yoga Playground— an all-levels practice designed to meet you where you are…and still give you a little challenge!*😏💪🏾

We flowed, we played, we challenged ourselves, we laughed, and most importantly… **WE HAD FUN!** 🙌🏾✨

And can we talk about the weather?! 😍 The forecast had us wondering, but Mother Nature came through and gave us a beautiful morning on the beach. 🌤️🌊

There’s just something special about moving your body, breathing deeply, and connecting with community with your feet in the sand. 💛

Thank you to everyone who came out and made Yoga Playground such a good time!
