🤍 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

⏰ Late Arrivals
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

💻 Virtual Consultations
All initial Weight Loss, Wellness, and BHRT consultations are conducted virtually. During your consultation, we’ll review your health history, discuss your concerns and goals, answer your questions, and order the appropriate laboratory testing to create a personalized treatment plan.

✨ Treatment Safety Comes First
Please notify us before your appointment if you:
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have recently received a COVID or flu vaccine
• Have active cold sores or a history of cold sores
• Have had recent dental work (injectables)
• Have recently taken antibiotics, Accutane, or used retinoids before laser treatments
• Have had recent significant sun exposure before laser treatments
