We help elder people to stay in the comfort of their own homes vs going to Nursing homes. We want the best care possible for our parents and all these elderly people who have no one else to care for them. The State of IL budget is very low for funding programs like Community Care program and we always strive to get payments from the state of IL thus we always have to look for different funding opp

ortunities. Our business is operated by a woman whose first language is not even English (its funny to speak about myself :)), we created about 80 working spots with less than a year. I would like to offer benefits to people who work for New Age such as health Insurance, 401 K, ongoing training and much more. 🏡 Did You Know? You May Qualify for Free In-Home Care Through the Illinois Community Care Program (CCP).

The Illinois Community Care Program helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes instead of moving to a nursing facility.

To qualify, participants generally must:

✔️ Be 60 years of age or older
✔️ Be an Illinois resident
✔️ Be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen
✔️ Meet income and asset eligibility requirements
✔️ Apply for Medical Benefits (Medicaid) through Illinois DHS
✔️ Meet the required score on the DON (Determination of Need) assessment

Through CCP, eligible individuals may receive assistance with daily activities, personal care, homemaker services, and other supports that help them continue living safely at home.
