I know that today would have been your 77th birthday along with your twin sister Aunt Murelin, but God knows that the weeks, days, hours, minutes leading closer to this day still hurts like never before. The very day that you transitioned and took your last breath, you were the best mother, friend, counselor, that a child could ever ask for in the world to me. Surely as my eyes are filled with tears of missing you still struggling at times with life , along with this void of your wisdom and most importantly your love. I’ve tried to find comfort in working but it only helps to a point, spending time with my children, traveling, enjoying my grandchildren that God has bless me with but no one could ever take your place. As i pursue to be a great example of strength and allow God to continue to work on my heart , so that i can be a workman that needs to be made ashamed but rightfully showing & expressing his love through my life & actions. Mother i still hear your voice @ times leading me & guiding me when my heart is overwhelmed, thank you for sharing the truth in me to keep on going irregardless of what’s obstacles come my way. In the last couple of days I’ve spent time traveling with other family members who’s suffered a loss, going to birthday parties on today and last Saturday as well but just couldn’t get ready for your birthday without you. Just having you there made the difference, just having you there. There’s nobody like you, we’ll never find because you were the same each and every day. You are missed, yesterday and forever Happy Birthday Ma “ Dante Lashea”
