Made these yummy feta burgers for dinner. Lean ground beef, favorite seasonings and stuffed with feta cheese. Cook as you like your burgers.

Sunday Kitchen Reflection! 🌿✨

There's something magical about ending the week by thinking about all the beautiful scents and flavors that nourished us.

This week, what aroma made you pause and smile? Maybe it was fresh basil, morning coffee, or that essential oil blend that helped you unwind?

As we head into a new week, I'm curious - what scent or flavor are you most excited to explore? Share below or send me a message to connect! 👇

Have you ever wanted to learn more about essential oils. Here’s a good article from Joy at Stillpoint Aromatics.

I’m planning my aromatherapy workshops for 2026. If you would like to get on my mailing list, then comment with a plant 🪴 below.

Using essential oils in your life has to be done with care and safety. That’s why a certified aromatherapist study over 300 hours on multiple lessons to learn about these plants, their chemistry, and more to help support the body and wellbeing.

We are not medical professionals and do not diagnose or prescribe medications.

What’s your favorite weekend breakfast?

This morning, I sautéed some chopped yellow onions in butter. Then added them while I cooked scrambled eggs (2 eggs whisked in some heavy cream). Made some toast with butter and jalapeño jelly. Sliced some avocado for healthy fat.

To drink, I made Snarky tea Strawberry Basil blend.

Let me know if there is a favorite recipe you would like to see me make on here.

Have a great day!
