Survey Respondents Wanted for the Recharge You(th) Survey conducted by Rush University Medical Center

Teens in 8th-12th grades are wanted for a national survey of adolescent daily habits and sleep.

Survey takes no more than 30 minutes to complete. Respondents are entered into an Amazon e-gift card raffle.
