You don’t need more exercises.
The exercise itself is rarely the missing piece.
One of the most common questions I get is:
“What exercise do I do to fix this?”
The truth? That’s usually the wrong question.
There isn’t one magic exercise that fixes leaking, core weakness, back pain, pelvic heaviness, or that stubborn lower belly pooch.
What matters is how you perform every movement.
Can you breathe effectively?
Can you manage pressure?
Can you coordinate your deep core and pelvic floor?
Can you move in a way that supports your body’s anatomy instead of working against it?
These are the foundations I teach.
Because the secret isn’t finding the “perfect” exercise. It’s understanding the principles that allow your body to work the way it was designed to.
When you learn how to create stability, manage load, and transfer force efficiently, every exercise becomes more effective.
From picking up your baby to carrying groceries to lifting heavier in the gym.
I don’t just give you a list of exercises.
I teach you how to understand your body so you can stop chasing quick fixes and start rebuilding strength, confidence, and trust in what your body is capable of.
Because the goal isn’t just to get back to exercise.
The goal is to feel strong, supported, and confident in your body again.
If you’re pregnant or postpartum and thinking, “I know something still feels off, but I don’t know what to do next…” let’s talk about it.
