Emilio’s... I mean Spider-Man’s photoshoot this morning after my routine.

Can you believe he told me this morning not to call him amor, to call him Spider-Man 💔

OK...Perdón 👌🏽

doesn’t always have to be physical. Actually, I believe that in order to see one we all must go through an internal transformation first.

Carlos and I have been together 15 years next month. Almost half of our lives and it’s obvious we’ve changed a lot since then.

I think it’s easy to look back and see that transformation after such long period of time but many times we don’t see the tiny transformations we are having every day, every week, every month. Those are just as important and must be celebrated.

Don’t compare yourself to others. We never know what they are really going through or what they had to go through to get where they are... whether is physical, in their career, marriage, parenthood... just be happy for them and continue working and celebrating YOU.

Swipe ⏩ to see how young we look when we met. We were just babies 🥰😂🤣🤣

WORKOUT DONE 💪🏽

I started my workout routine outside but geez the ☀️ is strong today‼️So I decided to bring it indoors 🙌🏽

I love that we’ve been having these challenges every month. They have helped me stay on track and build that discipline back up.

My first trimester was a disaster. I was barely eating and emotionally with my mom in the hospital I honestly was just not feeling it.

Second trimester I wasn’t as consistent as I would’ve liked to but I knew I had to listen to my body and not go too crazy. The move happened too but my girls and the chats kept me pushing through.

This is the 21 day challenge I’ve been the most consistent and as I approach my last trimester I feel stronger than a few months back.

I’ve also been more intentional with my food. We created a menu here at home so that’s helped big time.

I’m already seeing/feeling my body transform. I don’t feel my body giggle when I walk lol and that is a huge win. Being pregnant is not an excuse for me to not work out. I don’t want to take it for granted when I know other preggos don’t have that privilege. It’s never too late... or too early to start. Obviously I modify my routines and that flexibility is another reason I love our challenges. It’s for EVERYONE‼️🙌🏽

One of the reasons we bought the house is to grill. That was 😁

For the ones who know me well, know that one of my biggest peeves is smelling like food, myself or my house. I avoid Subway for that reason 🤣😂🤣

So now that we have this as an option, we are taking advantage. Besides you can make so many more healthy meals this way. I love seasoning the food, Carlos enjoys to grill... we are winning 🙌🏽

Check out that muscle memory 😍 I can’t lose it, so I gotta continue. Did you know that it takes 3-6 months to lose muscle memory. So if you’ve been slacking during this pandemic this is the day to say ENOUGH.

Yes, say ENOUGH and do something about it. Don’t lose that muscle memory‼️‼️‼️ and if you’ve never been consistent enough to build it, this is the time 😀🙌🏽💕 Let’s go‼️

Twenty-three weeks pregnant with Emilio on the left and twenty-three weeks pregnant with baby girl on the right.

Very different bellies, very different pregnancies, very different circumstances. I know is hard to tell even though in picture they look the same.

In both doing my best making food decisions for me and baby, and trying to stay active.

I’m proud of my first (scroll to see) but I’m a lot stronger and wiser this time. I already know of what I’m capable to achieve and plan on working harder the second time around. I cannot wait, I’m so excited and looking forward to it... but for the next three months let’s enjoy this belly 💕
