You woke up a little nervous.
You weren’t sure what was ahead.
You showed up anyway.
You signed up for this gym.
You didn’t consider yourself an athlete.
You showed up anyway.
Then you did the benchmark workout and realized:
“Wait…
I’m stronger than I thought.”
I can do more than I give myself credit for.
That’s the thing about strength.
