Are you an experienced nursing leader passionate about high-quality care, compassionate service, and empowering a dedicated team?

Resurrection Village - Life Center in Chicago, IL, is looking for a dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and elevate our resident-centered care.

What You’ll Do:
đź’™ Direct and oversee all nursing operations and clinical care standards.
đź‘Ą Mentor, inspire, and support a talented team of nurses and caregivers.
đź“‹ Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
🌟 Foster a culture of dignity, excellence, and compassionate care.

What We’re Looking For:
▫️Active RN license in Illinois (BSN preferred).
▫️Proven experience in nurse management / DON leadership (LTC / Senior Care experience a plus).
▫️Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
