This is a perfect example of one that just lies or completely misinforms.
1. I am not aware of any hospice organization that is transporting the body anywhere.
2. We do not charge for the death certificates, the county does.
3. Almost 11 years? If you check the hospices, churches or other groups I bet you can find a free meeting or two per month but sometimes it’s worth paying for something
4. Not our department at all.
5. In Illinois, social security gets notified with the filing of the death certificate. And again there is no fee for that
