Project Love U is a workshop focused on teaching the importance of self-love across all aspects of life, including sports, schools, and homes. Through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, team-building exercises, and an interactive Q&A session, the workshop serves not just athletes but everyone involved in the sports ecosystem, fostering growth and connection on and off the field.

For su***de prevention month I wanted to give people who’ve lost someone they love the chance to write a letter to them. It’s about giving grief somewhere to go. Let these letters be a reminder that behind every statistic you see this month, is a person who was and still is deeply loved.

I’ll be sharing these letters all throughout September the link is in my bio to submit. Thank you to everyone who’s shared so far. Your vulnerability could help one less person feel alone.
