Loving my chic Aion crop vest. It’s my favorite way to add a little extra challenge to my workouts, walks, and Studio Three classes. If you’ve been thinking about trying a weighted vest, use CarlaJian10 for 10% off. It’s the most comfortable vest I’ve worn. More styles available for men and women.

I’ll be wearing mine while teaching to an Off Campus soundtrack. Expect a nostalgic, flirty, high-energy playlist.

Visited my dear friend studio, in Chicago and I’m feeling all the things. I remember when this was just a dream she carried so quietly, and seeing it fully come to life now is honestly emotional. You built something really special, Jess. I’m so, so proud of you 🤍

And getting to take class with and ? Unreal. Both powerhouse mamas that I’m grateful to be friends with.

If you’re in Chicago—or honestly anywhere—this is your sign. Book the class. Join the platform.

FAMILY REFLECTION RITUAL🪞At the end of the day, share your bummer, your blessing, and one thing you can do tomorrow to make it better. A little family gratitude check-in that builds self-awareness, resilience, and a growth mindset.
